Head on up to Raleigh this weekend for the Got To Be NC Festival!  Cannizzaro Sauces will be there along with so many other local food vendors!

Heading to the beach this summer?  You can now buy Cannizzaro Sauces when you get there!  Any where from Charleston, SC all the way up to Sunset Beach, NC – Check out our recipes page to see all of the summertime beach trip lunches and dinners to make with that fresh catch and Cannizzaro Sauces!

It’s Been A While!

Where do we begin?

  • Cannizzaro Marinara has been featured (and will continue to be) as the official dipping sauce at the Got To Be NC Competition Dining Series!  We are so proud to be part of this and of course as always – Got To Be NC!
  • We received this sweet email from our newest customer – “– I bought a large jar of marinara sauce from The Peachstand in fort mill and dumped it over their hot Italian sausage in the crock pot. Put it on low for 5 hours or so..so yummiest spaghetti ever! Thank you, and god bless!”safe sauce
  • Our dear friend Briana carted our re-orders up to Asheville for us on her way up!  She kept it so safe and sound – this picture just cracked us up!

 

 

  • Cannizzaro Sauces will be at the Got To Be NC Festival in Raleigh May 15-17th!Cost: $2 for adults, Free for children under 12
    Each attendee will receive a sheet of coupons that are good toward many of the delicious products on display at the Homegrown Fare. – Cannizzaro Sauces will be one of them!North Carolina food companies, breweries, distilleries and wineries will be sampling and selling some of the most delightful flavors North Carolina has to offer. The Got to Be NC Homegrown Fare presented by Lowes Foods will be held in the Exposition Building.

  • Chef Blake Hartwick has added Cannizzaro Arrabbiata to the Bar Menu at Bonterra Dining & Wine Room!  Be sure to order the Rioja Braised Meatballs next time you are at the bar at Bonterra!
  •  This past weekend, we traveled to Charleston, SC in hopes of getting on the shelves at any of the 3 of the most unique and wonderful stores that we could find…and we did it!  All 3!  Thank you to Stono Market & Tomato Shed on Johns Island, Boone Hall Farms in Mt. Pleasant and Queen Street Grocery in Charleston – we can’t wait to come back and do some tastings!  Oh – and we took selfies at all 3!
  • While we were there, we did a tasting at Southern Season in Mt. Pleasant and wow what a beautiful store!  So exciting!

We are so thankful to our customers for helping make this dream a reality – we still can’t believe it.

Where do we begin?

  •  Last Week, Chef Blake Hartwick used Cannizzaro Arrabbiata on the menu at Bonterra Dining & Wine Room…and they sold out!  They even asked for more – what an incredible honor
  •  This past weekend, we traveled up to Asheville in hopes of getting on the shelves at any of the 3 of the most unique and wonderful stores that we could find…and we did it!  All 3!  Thank you to Katuah Market, French Broad Food Co-Op and West Village Market – we can’t wait to come back and do some tastings!  Oh – and we took selfies at all 3!
  • We will be conducting a tasting at one of our newest stores on Saturday – Southern Season in Chapel Hill!  So exciting!
  • We had this incredible post to our Facebook page last night…
    • It has been YEARS since I’ve opened a jar of pre-made sauce, but this past weekend we purchased a jar of your product. I made it tonight and I must say that it was absolutely delicious! This was the best sauce ever! We will be getting more for sure! Thank you!!!

We are so thankful to our customers for helping make this dream a reality – we still can’t believe it.
