2 lbs Salmon Fillet, Rinsed and Dried
1 Jar Cannizzaro Piccata Sauce
1 Lemon, sliced in wheels
Preheat Oven or Grill to 400 degrees. Place salmon (cut up or in one piece) on a large piece of foil that will wrap around it completely. Partially begin to fold it around the salmon creating a pouch. Shake your Piccata Sauce well and drizzle over the salmon liberally. Add lemon slices and fold the pouch together. Bake or grill for 15-18 minutes or until desired temperature. Serve with a big green salad!
