Spicy Sautéed Green Beans
8 Oz Haricots Vert (French Style Green Beans)
Thinly Sliced Shallots (Optional)
1 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbls Water
3 Oz Cannizzaro Arrabbiata
Kosher or Sea Salt to taste
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. When oil starts to shimmer, add onions, green beans and salt to taste – shake in the pan while they cook.
Add water and cook until bright green and still crisp.
Add Arrabbiata and cook until hot throughout.
