Sunday – 2/14/16 – 

I just wanted to let you know – I love Italian food and I love making fresh tomato sauce – nothing like homemade sauce.  It helps that I live in California where we get amazing tomatoes.
I recently moved to NY where I am convinced there are no good tomatoes.  I visited my sister in North Carolina for Thanksgiving and we went to the Whole Foods in Raleigh and bought your sauce because it said local.  I was making my eggplant lasagna and we didn’t have time to make 12 cups of homemade sauce.

I LOVED your sauce.  My mom and dad loved your sauce – everyone loved your sauce.  We had the Arrabiata and it’s hands down the best sauce I’ve had (it’s even as good as the one I make at home in California with fresh San Marzano tomatoes!!).
I am addicted.  I have been telling my sister to bring me some when she visits, but now I see that I can order online.
I have been telling everyone about your sauces.  You make amazing sauce!!  I wish you the best success!

Tuesday – 2/16/16 – 

Good Morning. Doing this on your web site because I am not, and don’t want to be involved with Facebook at this time. I used your Marinara sauce last evening with spaghetti squash and some big fresh sautéed North Carolina shrimp. It may just be the best “jar marinara” I have ever had. Yes, the ingredients were fresh-I could taste the freshness. Added a bit of salt and pepper to offset the squash, but it so added to a wonderful dining experience. YUMMY!!

One issue-I can’t remember where I purchased it to get some more. I live in Charlotte and shop at HT, Fresh Market, and Whole Foods. I’m betting it may be Whole Foods, but I was hoping to get some guidance on location as I live at a distance to the local WF store. Let me know and I will be hot-footing it to purchase more. I like the fresh piece, the “local’ piece and I will certainly be using it when company comes because of the fresh, honest flavor and the North Carolina connection. Great looking couple and your story will make for lively conversation at dinner.
